What is special about a new home built by Trinity Homes?
At Trinity Homes, we understand that ultimately, your new home should reflect you - your lifestyle, your needs, your tastes - and be a place that you enjoy, be happy with and create memories in for years to come. With that, our approach to our designs is sensible and thoughtful, and intended to be “customer-centric,” as well as energy-efficient and lasting.
How does the building process work?
At Trinity Homes, we will guide you through the whole journey (Process),
from the initial consultation, to site selection/purchase, through construction, all the way to the closing. The Home Owner Manual you will receive at purchase describes the entire process in greater detail.
How do I choose a home site?
You will have an opportunity to walk the site with your real estate agent and Trinity Homes to select the location for your new home. You will then meet to authorize the purchase agreements for your new home.

How long will it take to build my home?
The length of the process depends on many factors, such as where you choose to build, what floor plan you choose, the stage of the building, natural elements, etc. If we are building a new home from the beginning for you, the process can take from six - twelve months. If, however, you choose to buy one of our homes that is further along the building process, it could be completed in four months or less.
What is the warranty on my new home?
At Trinity Homes, we provide a 10-year warranty on all our homes, including a One-year limited service warranty. Your Home Owner Manual, which you receive upon purchasing your new home through Trinity Homes, explains this in more detail.
What types of homes does Trinity Homes build?
We offer well-built, energy-efficient, customer-centric homes of every type. With that, Trinity offers Select, Stately and Signature Homes, depending on your building needs and wishes. Our Select homes offer our classic Trinity Homes customer-centric designs within our new communities, and simple personalization packages. Our Stately homes, in addition to this, feature more spacious designs, typically within our new neighborhoods, and more personalization details. Our Signature Homes offer a tailored approach to your new home vision, from design through completion, to transform your dreams into reality.
